Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

D2CRadar is a 100% digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. There are no physical goods involved and therefore no physical shipping or delivery is required.

Service Activation

Upon successful payment, your subscription plan is activated immediately. You will have instant access to:

• All features included in your chosen plan
• Your full credit allocation for the billing period
• Contact reveal and CSV export capabilities

Data Export Delivery

When you export data from D2CRadar, the CSV file is generated instantly and downloaded directly to your device through your web browser. There is no email delivery or delayed processing for standard exports (up to 500 rows per export).

Service Availability

D2CRadar is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages. We aim for 99.9% uptime and will notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
