By accessing or using D2CRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

D2CRadar is a SaaS-based market intelligence platform that provides business analytics and firmographic data on Indian e-commerce businesses. The platform enables users to research market trends, analyze industry segments, benchmark competitors, track technology adoption, and export structured data reports. All data is aggregated from publicly available sources.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your email address is valid and accessible

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Each individual may maintain only one account.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

D2CRadar offers tiered subscription plans with varying levels of access to market intelligence features:

• Free Plan: Basic access to search and browse business listings with limited results.
• Starter Plan (₹999/month): 500 research credits per month with access to detailed business profiles.
• Growth Plan (₹1,999/month): 3,000 research credits per month with revenue analytics and technology insights.
• Pro Plan (₹3,999/month): 15,000 research credits per month with complete business intelligence access.
• Agency Plan (Custom pricing): 50,000+ research credits with API access and dedicated support.

Research credits are consumed when accessing detailed business profiles or exporting data reports. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
• Annual plans receive a 40% discount compared to monthly billing.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on each billing date until you cancel.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any software to extract data from the Platform beyond what is provided through the official features
• Redistribute or resell data obtained from D2CRadar without written consent
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan restrictions or rate limits
• Use the Platform for any activity that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data Sources and Disclaimer

Data on D2CRadar is compiled from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data. Revenue estimates, traffic data, and other metrics are approximations for directional research purposes.

D2CRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of D2CRadar — including the design, code, database structure, user interface, logos, and branding — are the exclusive property of Pixel Motion and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Motion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
