1. Product
D2C Radar sells a downloadable database of Indian ecommerce businesses together with supporting documentation. The product is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription or hosted research platform.
2. Licence
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered files for your own research, analysis, partnerships, and prospecting workflows. You may not resell, publish, share, sublicense, or redistribute the database or a substantial part of it.
3. Data use
You are responsible for using the data lawfully and for complying with applicable outreach, privacy, platform, and communication rules. A record in the database does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing communication.
4. Data characteristics
The database combines publicly available business information and estimates. Business details, traffic, revenue estimates, technology usage, and store status can change. The files are supplied as a research starting point and should not be treated as a guarantee of current performance or suitability.
5. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. After a successful payment, you are redirected to a confirmation page where you can download the delivery PDF containing access instructions for the data pack.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, D2C Radar is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, outreach outcomes, or decisions made from the database. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
