1. Introduction

Welcome to D2CRadar ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). D2CRadar is a product of Pixel Motion, a business registered at First Floor, House No- 449, Kh No- 765, Gali No- 12, Block-K, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi, India. GSTIN: 07ABBFP9785D1ZW.

By accessing or using D2CRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

D2CRadar is a SaaS platform that provides access to a database of Indian e-commerce store data, including store information, contact details, revenue estimates, technology stacks, and social media profiles. Users can search, filter, reveal contact information, and export data in CSV format based on their subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your email address is valid and accessible

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

D2CRadar offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic store information with no export or contact reveal capabilities.
• Starter Plan (₹999/month): 500 export credits per month, email and social handle reveals.
• Growth Plan (₹1,999/month): 3,000 export credits per month, revenue and traffic data access.
• Pro Plan (₹3,999/month): 15,000 export credits per month, full data access including phone numbers and tech stack.
• Agency Plan (Custom pricing): 50,000+ export credits, API access, dedicated support.

Credits are consumed when you reveal contact information (1 credit per reveal) or export data (1 credit per row exported). Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
• Annual plans receive a 40% discount compared to monthly billing.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on each billing date until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any software to extract data from the Platform beyond what is provided through the official export feature
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the data obtained from D2CRadar with third parties without our written consent
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, free plan restrictions, or rate limits
• Use the data for spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any activity that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including the Information Technology Act, 2000)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

The data provided on D2CRadar is compiled from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data on the Platform. Revenue estimates, traffic data, and employee counts are approximations and should be used for directional purposes only.

D2CRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of D2CRadar — including but not limited to the design, code, database structure, user interface, logos, and branding — are the exclusive property of Pixel Motion and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Motion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to D2CRadar in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@d2cradar.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
